Terms for using ExcalidrawZ, subscriptions, credits, and AI features.

By using ExcalidrawZ, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app or its services.
ExcalidrawZ provides local drawing, file management, import, export, and history features. You are responsible for keeping backups of important files and for verifying exported content before relying on it.
AI features are optional cloud features. When enabled, your requests may be processed by ExcalidrawZ cloud AI services and third-party model providers. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it.
AI responses and generated diagrams are provided for productivity and creative assistance only. They are not legal, medical, financial, engineering, security, or other professional advice.
Paid AI access may use credits, subscriptions, or other usage limits. App Store purchases, trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's applicable terms. Credits may be consumed when AI requests are processed, including requests that involve tools or images.
You retain responsibility for drawings, files, prompts, images, and other content you create or submit. Do not submit content that you do not have the right to use or that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
Do not misuse ExcalidrawZ or its AI services, bypass limits, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected service behavior, submit illegal or harmful content, or use the service for abusive activity.
Cloud features, AI providers, model availability, pricing, and credits may change over time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when necessary for reliability, security, legal compliance, or product development.
Some functionality depends on third-party services, including Apple for App Store purchases and iCloud sync, and AI model providers for cloud AI processing. Those services may have their own terms and policies.
ExcalidrawZ is provided as is, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app, cloud services, or AI output will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExcalidrawZ and its developers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or business interruption.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of ExcalidrawZ after changes means you accept the updated terms.
